Extended Schools Update


Ø Film Club – Postponed until Summer Term
Film Club will unfortunately be postponed until the Summer Term. The next series of films will be displayed on posters around school in due course and tickets will still become available at the school shop.

Ø Failsworth School Boxing Academy

The Failsworth School Boxing Academy is going from strength to strength. Pat and Frank from Failsworth Amateur Boxing Club were recently featured on BBC Radio Manchester, speaking about the Academy. Many thanks to all the dedicated pupils and staff who are making the Academy such a success.

Failsworth Family Fun
During the May half term holiday, an activity programme for children, young people and families in Failsworth will take place at both the Leisure Centre and Soccer Centre. Please watch for more publicity in due course.

Failsworth School 3 Peaks Challenge
Training is underway and the group have now completed two gruelling walks.
Please don’t forget:
Public, parent, pupil and staff donations can be made at the receptions of both Failsworth School and Failsworth Leisure Centre. Please give generously!
