Ø Film Club
N.B. Wed 6th and Fri 8th May – Film Club Postponed Due To Exams

Tickets will be available for pupils to purchase from the school shop at a cost of 5 Learning Credits.

Ø Wrestling
The afterschool wrestling club will now take place in the CAZ room (Leisure Centre), as normal every Wednesday from 3pm-4pm. All pupils are welcome.

ØSport and Nutrition Poster Campaign
A set of posters are currently being designed to reflect the importance that nutrition plays in sport and fitness. These posters are unique to our school and will be displayed in the canteen. They will link our specialism of Sport with the food options available at Cafe Mojo and also raise awareness of the extracurricular activities that are on offer.



Failsworth in Focus

Failsworth Family Fun
During the May half term holiday, Failsworth Soccer Centre, Failsworth Leisure Centre and Oldham Sports Development will be delivering the Failsowrth Family Fun activity programme. Each day from Tuesday 26th until Friday 29th May, a number of different sporting activities will be taking place for children and young people aged 5 to 16 years. These sessions include cricket, athletics, football, dodgeball, rounders and Ability Sports for children with disabilities. There will be crèche facilities for children under 5 years of age and also activities for adults including Pilates, fit ball and a women’s only fitness session.

These activities take place at Failsworth Soccer Centre and Failsworth Leisure Centre and for all enquiries or pre bookings, please contact Mr Kelly on 0161 688 9745.
